The aim of a good IT company is simple really. They need to provide the very best solutions for their clients technology needs and make the process as simple and as straightforward as possible.

You see, a customer may forgive a great cake-making company for a poor website, after all, it’s all about the chocolate fudge topping. But a company clued up in the latest technology with a complex understanding of computers? Well, their website design needs to reflect just that; in a user-friendly way of course.

Double the challenge

Following a complete design consultation, work began on the concepts. Yes, the use of plural is correct here because through our consultations it was decided that a second website should be launched. A website dedicated to their newest development, Sinica.

Sinica is MT Services high-tech central visitor and staff management system; a customisable touch-screen service that clients can purchase to log and monitor visits to and from an office base. This system would require a separate web presence. We continued production of plans and design simultaneously to develop and launch two websites that would make use of similar branding, but would still be distinctly stand-alone.

Reassuring Solutions

User functionality was crucial. To ensure that MT Services website was as user-friendly as their solutions, we designed and built an interactive service plan. This allowed their clients to access a wealth of information in a uniformed and structured grid by simply selecting an area of interest. Another reflection of MT Services customer focused services.

Here at Cocoonfxmedia we like our clients to be as involved in the build as they want and with such a high stake riding on their web presence, we made sure that MT Services could view the build as often as required and could contact us with any suggestions or changes whenever they needed to.
