An Expert Approach to Reviving Your Business Online

Out with the old

It was clear to all that the website design and format being used was dated and difficult to navigate.

Visitors were few and competitors plenty

Without a dynamic design or clear value propositions; visitors become lost in the search for justification. “Why should they engage with this service?”

We found that despite our client’s best efforts, the impression provided by the dated website design didn’t do much to win new business. In addition to this there was a slump in online interest and enquiries.

Stagnated interest and low enquiries called for strong action

The online presence for the brand needed reviving and this called for more than just website redesign, it needed digital marketing6.

Using Analytics for Design and Evaluation

Together with Adams Moore objectives and our own proven redesign process, a full redevelopment of the existing website was planned.

Split testing of different versions of the site design was conducted to evaluate the most practical layout for users.

The finalised design of the site successfully attracted visitors with bold branding and visuals. Strong aesthetics, easy to navigate menus and clear calls to action led users to relevant information, which in turn led to action.

To evidence this improvement, we implemented software to analyse traffic to the website. This involved carefully removing and blocking known spam-site visits to ensure that only useful information from genuine visitors could be assessed.

We then showed Adams Moore how the analytic data could identify where traffic was arriving from, how long they engaged, and customer behaviour through the site.

Reporting allowed Adams Moore to easily identify the most popular pages and sections in their site

With the designed website nearing completion, it was time to start marketing the company online.

Making a Mark with Social Media

With social media currently enjoying a 100% higher lead-to-close rate2 we devised a social media strategy that would increase awareness of the company brand and help drive more traffic to the newly designed website.

Working closely with Adams Moore and their objectives, the most appropriate platforms were identified and a careful strategy of content and timing was implemented to make maximum impact.

The social media campaign was then complemented with a newsletter redesign that could be mailed electronically; seamlessly integrating the company brand and ethos together with their social media and website.

A large amount of time was put into the production of this intricate and appealing newsletter to ensure their existing and potential customers could receive personalised and relevant communication.

The Reversal of Online Decline

When we first met with Adams Moore, a dated online presence was causing visitors and enquiries to diminish.
