In April 2009 Lisa Cheryl Wood sadly passed away.
Lisa spent her last days in St Giles Hospice and it was clear that the quality of care she was receiving within St. Giles Hospice was beyond reproach, not only was this delivered to Lisa but also to us as a close family.
During this time we witnessed such dedication and empathy towards us and families in the same position.
During discussions on how dignified Lisa’s last days had been made by such caring people, we came up with the idea of showing our gratitude to all those concerned.
The website has been setup to help generate the funds to meet the charities goals.
